Engagements require a defined scope, conflict screening, confidentiality terms, and appropriate authorization before access to identifiable participant information. De-identified or process-level materials are preferred when feasible.
HAA's independent public-interest publication and paid technical-assistance activities are distinct. Client information is not automatically part of the public archive.
